oh yeah the war on terror! Hey we haven't had a terror alert in like a week, what happened?

My crystal ball tells me the war on terror people hired a bunch of management consultants and came to the conclusion that the largest risk to terrorism is....... George W Bush and his "preemptive strikes"!!!

Social security was being saved by paying back the bonds.
That meant there was money left in the treasury for retirement and not just IOUs. Junior gave your retirement to his buddies.
