Earlie, The disclaimers from The Tech Review were a hoot and better than anything in the mainstream press. Still, as great as they were, the overwhelming majority of disclaimer statements are horrendous. And they are getting increasingly wordy. I read a report from a well-known firm, o.k., it's my firm, where the analyst wrote one 5 line paragraph. The disclaimer took another 3 pages. I call that a "Hey, Jude" disclaimer. <G>
