Saddam was allowing Blix inspectors in as Bush invaded.
Why didn't Bush wait and help out with the inspections? In the meantime, Saddam would be a in a box and harmless. Instead, Bush wanted blood. With no plan for after the war, snubbing his nose at the UN and calling them irrelevant. Remember? Now he desperately needs them to try and save his career. Bush better get some knee-pads.
