Well I'm not in the end of he word camp myself as I've posted before, just the re-balancing thing which will likely feel like the end of the world for many in the west.

On the oil you know that surely is a conundrum. I've been discussing it on another thread on iHub. I don't really believe it's too high but I'm frankly surprised it's as high as it is still (except for the China effect). Interesting China has become a net wheat exporter while depleting its wheat stockpiles. OTOH they seem to consider fuel more important than food as they increase their SPR. Very western don't you think ? :o)
