It's fine with me if they charge both parties. I just don't want provocation obviating the fault of the rapist. I think you once said something about being justified in assaulting someone who raped your daughter. I disagreed with you then and I still do. You're supposed to be able to control yourself and to let the wheels of justice turn. Just like a man is supposed to stop when he hears "no." I'm not saying either is easy, only that it is right and necessary.
