SAID we should strike back, but you obviously think I didn't, or else you are being terribly confusing as to what your actual point is here's what you said Propaganda for shrugging something off does not mean not doing anything about the event, it doesn't even mean really shrugging it off- it means letting the enemy think you shrugged it off I only caught the "shrug off" part of the quote. Where in here did you say we should "strike back"? Shrugging off implies not doing anything different, offensively or defensively.
