Answer: I don't know for sure. It may take trial and error.
Did you check the web page for the drive company that supplied the DDO? I bet in their customer support page they have your solution, and maybe an easy solution at that. You might also check the customer sites for other drives... Maxtor, Seagate, Western Digital....one may give you your answer.
