I don't like Rumsfeld. He is a John McNamara Vietnam moron clone. Rumsfeld learned everything he knows about the defense business from McNamara. the others went through the justice system like everybody else. We have a broken justice system but not just for white collar but for violent offenders as well. We have plenty of liberal parole boars that let the same repeat, lifetime offenders out thinking that rehabilitation has occurred only to have additional families victimized by the same perpertrators. Those that say the you shouldn't get a life sentance for shoplifting a DVD are blind to the other 2 major felonies at least the guy has committed. There is no scientific evidence that incarceration somehow rehabilitates prisoners. And there is no evidence that any prison programs from college degres in prison to religion in prison rahabiliates prisones. Its a crap shoot. Get rid of parole boards, they can't predict the future and if they could, do you think they would be working on a parole board!
