Cheney and his neocon crew, I think the events of the last few years are confusing if you consider Cheney as the leader of the neocons. He is primarily interested in the oil business and making lots of money. He allied himself with the neocons in a quid pro quo where they get to play empire so long as he gets the oil and construction projects. The U.S. is in such big trouble because each of these administration members forms alliances and backs projects based on their single issue. Nobody is looking at the big picture - the gestalt. TP
