Warren Buffet is a great example. He doesn't sell anything or spend hardly any money doesn't really work a JOB like dentists, lawyers, doctors, engineers, managers etc., but those dentists, lawyers, doctors and engineers who make substantially less money than buffet pay a much higher tax rate on their ordinairy income. Thats a tax system written by the rich for the rich over the past 93 years when the income tax came into being. Income tax was passed by an constitutional amendment and lied in by saying it was only ever going to be applied to the "rich". Now we know the meaning of the rich is anybody with a family who works a job and has a combined household income of a measly 100k. But warren buffet, he's not rich with billions in the bank.

Could the Bush Administration possibly make such circumstances WORSE? By limiting property owners' abilities to sue negligent corporations who deliberately corrupt/destroy the environment?

Naw ... they would NEVER do THAT.

Correct?
