Sheilds sounds so superficial these days. It's as if he is reading from talking point memo's yet doesn't quite believe what he is saying.

Thanks for posting the Brooks and Shields bit, Bill. As you know, I've quit watching. But sounds as if Shields got a bit of the Gephardt juice. He actually has some good lines and some interesting observations. And Brooks has become the more defensive and predictable of the two.
