Ted, That 20% will increase dramatically between now and election day. Latino turnout will be strong, no doubt, but the whole recall will probably have a high turnout, at least among those who want Davis gone (or at least Bustamante in). I don't think Arnold will win without some Latino votes. That's for sure, but I don't think he needs to pander to them. There are probably enough conservative Latinos out there who don't want either Davis or Bustamante. Tenchusatsu
