That phrase just came into my mind , when I glanced back in my mind's eye at that time of early formation . It would often be almost too terrible and unbearable for most of us to relive even the tiniest fraction of the real force and tempest of play of emotions that ravaged thru us in the early stages of growth ...that is until we learned to calm ourselves by fixations , repression and the collective sleep we call --->becoming "civilized " .

There were times of greatest ecstacy too...but those would prolly kill us too, to relive them as powerfully as they were expressed and flew 200 mph thru us in that electrified and stunned body of youth we all once were , until we solidified , cooled down , and mostly fell into our respective spheres ....and individual (elliptical?) orbits of experience.
