The states are going after these guys now, on TV I saw Bernie Ebbers being dragged into court in Oklahoma. They said the case against him was quite strong, and if convicted he might do 10 years or so...

michael, the SEC has been totally asleep at the switch while fraud has run rampant. If it wasn't for this Spitzer character, there would be no action at all. True, he's political and true, he settles the cases for too little, but at least he's doing something.
