Hi Liz. Perhaps. Perhaps not. If you were in Japan during their bubble, it was truly wild -- free money and everything going up and up. I don't expect you will see anything like that, but you can see pretty easily that there is a touris, bump. A single incident with a plane anywhere in the world could change that in a second. Even so, the housing market has firmed up here, on the lower end in particular. I think it is more due to interest rates than anything else.
