heard today real estate here has stopped dead... nobody looking. zero. for the last two weeks. all price levels. needs watching.


it's been that way here for six months. I know, my wife's a RE agent.

austin is the same. only the low price points held up the past few years. very slow over 250K. the curse of Texas real estate is Too Much Land.
