Well, that is why I said "IF" he legally qualifies! I did not know, and I did not care. I know there are scores on this thread who are citizens of the US and who know the answers to those MANY questions that would require some research for Canadians! But the fact of the matter is that THAT point was not in my focus at the time! I had no DEFINITE idea where Arny was actually born--hence my careful language and my use of "IF". I only go down South to love your women...and to withdraw stuff from your casinos!
