A friend, who's PC I setup, was having a problem that was driving both of us nuts. When he clicked on JPEG, MHT and a few other files in Windows Explorer they wouldn't open, a message popped up that said Windows couldn't communucate with the program. A search for the error message turned up nothing but turnong off ZA solved the problem. It turns out since recent updates in XP and W2K ZA needs permission for Windows Explorer to access the internet for some local files to be open. I assume ZA will address this in an update of their own.
