how's the coaching coming along? I love it. We really have a lot of fun teaching those kids. The other coaches and I take it serious to a certain extent where we actually call each other on our off days with different ideas and strategies to try. However we are good with the kids in that we don't take it too seriously where it causes us to yell or make it un-fun. We make it priority number one to get each and every kid hooked on the sport. That is more important than a win. Today I felt really good because one of the parents recognized our attempt and paid us with nice compliments and told us how glad they are that their kid is on our team. -CoachClappy
