Lots of info about drug dealing and money laundering there. None of it "for Israel" though. In fact, looks like the anti-Zionist Sarmar people are involved in addition to other Jewish organized criminals. The main beneficiaries would seem to include the Colombian cocaine cartels as well as Jews involved in organized crime. The state of Israel would clearly not benefit from this activity any more than the US or other countries would.
