I saw a guy throw his club and bag over the fence LOL - in about 1979 and 1980 I won the back to back tiwsty awards at our CC. It was a an ugly ole trophy m,ade from a piece of firewood with three broken clubs sticking out of it. 1979 was the first year for it. It was awarded for about 10 years and according to rumour sat along side the silevr trophies in the trophy cases right up until two years ago when it was finally discarded. I was a little emotional - Only in the last three- 4 years have I relaxed a bit. I polayed all of 4 times this year and broke 80 twice so Im happy with my new attitude
