Re Rogers on coffee. He is bullish because of all the new middle class people in China adopting more Western habits. Motor cars has started and so has coffee consumption. I don't know how long it takes to develop coffee plantations. Vietnam is now the second largest producer of coffee after Brazil.
As I am from Canada, I can easily invest in zinc and coffee producers, but farms etc in Brazil and Vietnam are rather far away.
With the renewal of America and European economies, they will add to the demand for the base matals amd I think we can make more than enough money there to be able to buy some property in Brazil.
