If the Repubs get 60 seats, the payback will be vicious. They will shove some anti-Rove V Wade Supremes down their throat.

I don't think it's wise to count chickens yet. They hold the reins of power, why not use it?

Hatch's "nuclear option" is nothing more than a rule change that would allow a floor vote to judicial nominees that are presently bottled up in committee. If they're too timid to do that - well, who needs em?
