The invasion of Iraq had nothing to do with the so-called war on terrorism. But the idiot shrub's invasion of Iraq DID create an environment for an increase of terrorism. You think the terrorists are being "slaughtered"? So far it's been nearly 10,000 Iraqi civilians slaughtered, thanks to shrub's invasion.

Take a look at the number of "incidental" deaths of men, women and children in Iraq and count the number of millions of deeply indoctrinated Muslims there. Now think about the number of deeply political and fundamentalist Muslim sympathisers in the Arab region. Now don't you think that maybe, just maybe, we've "created" a few terrorists by our invasion and occupation of Iraq? We're not the only "sleeping giant" on the planet.
