We are restricting sales now for higher ask prices once the sold lots are built upon. By the time we are done, it should be time for another Thailand crisis, so that we can do it all over again ;0) My manner in real estate wagering is not substantively different from my way in stock betting: buy low and sell high :0) Speaking of which, I am waiting for Argentina to crumble once more, USD to tumble yet again, and the Nasdaq to go to new record depth of abyss ;0) [EDIT: Message to Ray - Yes Ray, I will go stand in the corner and face the wall :0) ] Chugs, Jay
