The Usual Ones – Monetary and Fiscal

While stimulants may result in the organism displaying characteristics similar to those that would otherwise be observed in a healthy or recovering organism, there are some very critical differences.

Particularly important to anyone who attempts to use stimulants in treatment is recognition that the exhibition of the particular behaviors being stimulated cannot be considered useful for purposes of understanding the underlying pathology. Nor can a behavior, when observed, be expected to persist as it would if it were observed in a healthy organism without the administration of stimulants.

Someone who administers stimulants to an otherwise sick or dying horse to extract a higher price is a swindler and a horse thief.
