There were multiple reports of the Bush administration threatening the Afghani's in Berlin. I read about it from several different sources. I read about it before we attacked.

Perhaps I can find it for you but if you are in a rush for the source please check on the Bush thread under my name during the time frame right before the US attack on the Taliban.

I am very busy right now and can't spend much time here on SI.
