I got ya; Thanx...I should have looked my daily big foot before doing the short,
finance.yahoo.com^ndx&t=1d&l=on&z=m&q=l&p=e50,e10,e50,e20&a=fs,vm,w14,r5&c=^IXIC
had I seen that I would have waited..
I was too complacent and was going by the 5 day..
finance.yahoo.com^NDX&t=5d&l=on&z=m&q=l&p=e50,e10,e50,e20&a=fs,vm,w14,r5&c=^IXIC
which still has the NDX lagging..but it was strong enough today that it could
reverse back above the nasdaq.
------
I pulled the trigger to soon..:-( ; but I have more ammo , & if tomorrow shows this
again I'll close the short and let the calls run.
Or maybe just box it off..and let the calls run.
A lot of times once I get short the qubes I don't close
them on a run up, but just do a box..
Latter I can most often drop the long side faster than getting back
short. ( there is no uptick rule on the qubes so it's legal )
Sometimes them checking to see if they have the shares
to lend me so I can go short can take a while.
If I'm boxed it's fast.
Jim

Looks like the real selling of bonds by foreigners may have started. Very dire implications for Mr. Market, if true.
