Who was the president that engineered the treaty of versailles? Not Wilson, the league of nations guy, I think it was the predecessor to Wilson.

The treaty of Versailles for the historically challenged, virtually guaranteed the collapse of the German economy which in turned allowed fascism to breed in Europe.

I'd say that at least at this juncture, the treaty of versailles president is worse than Bush. Bush is #2 though.
