The UN may diss Bush the way Bush dissed the UN.
Why wouldn't they? Just as reaganites got the Iranians to wait to release hostages until after Carter was gone, the EU will probably wait for aid until Buish is gone. Why help Bush? He doesn't even represent the majority of American opinion anymore. He represnts Big Oil and hard-line right-wing hawks, that's all. Pity, since our troops and tax-p[ayers will continue paying the price for Bush's boondoggle.
