Nudge, nudge, wink wink? Hmmmm. Having fun, are we, Bill? Who knows what the future will bring but my guess is that, at least for the moment, this little talk about her possible pres candidacy can only help her senatorial campaign fund raising efforts. As for what her evidential decision about 04 is going to be, it's very hard to say. I doubt she does it and each of these denials makes a public turnaround ever so much less likely. But politicians of all sorts of stripes have been known to change their mind. In fact, just regular human beings have done so as well. So who's to say.
