Key word is ILLEGAL!!! ILLEGAL Aliens. Maybe CA wants to let them in, and if they do, maybe the Federal Government should have border stops around all CA borders. Let CA deal with the problem they are creating. Why should the entire US have to pay benefits for CA's folly? If they are here to work, they should have an inbedded chip, with all identification on it, and returned back to their border town once a month. Mexico, or the ountry of origin, should put in writing that that country will pay any benefits to that person, OR they should NOT be allowed into this country. OTHERWISE, Open ALL Borders. The law would mean nothing.
