Yes, it sounds like you have it pretty good! I only have 3/4 acre back yard. And instead of a river I have a frigging subdivision. Used to be a grape vineyard when I was a kid. Anyhow, I do have a 75 ft buffer of woods(declared wetlands) between me and them The biggest problem I complain about, or the most annoying is the noise pollution I get . Barking wind up dogs, leaf blowers- what a joke, lawn mowers. Dads fighting with their wives and wives yelling at their kids. Etc etc and so on.
