We know that there is no WMD

No we don't know that. However its starting to seem that way, or at least that most of the WMD was destroyed or moved out of the country. However it doesn't rise to the level of "we know". We might never know for certain.

The US has not produced any specific evidence of the link between Osama and Saddam.

Or at least the evidence has been very weak. Too weak to mean a lot.

So Bush bashing is no crime as is Clinton bashing.

When did I say it was a crime? My point was that it was rhetorical and to point out the aim of the rhetoric. Rhetoric is certainly not a crime.

On the jobs front, the balance sheets of companies are looking very good. But job losses are on the rise. We would wonder why.

As I said that normally happens at the beginning of a recovery. Also productivity has been improving allowing the same or fewer workers to produce more. There is only so much that can be squeezed out this way and if the recovery continues unemployment should start declining.

GE corporate has laid off about 110 of their corporate lawyers in the US. They have instead hired 110 corporate lawyers based in India. They pay those Indian lawyers about $90,000 annually. An amount which is very large by Indian standards but peanuts here in the US. Doing so save GE tons of money and makes their balance sheet look good. But who looses. You guessed right. Those US workers, the 110 lawyers in this case

That's 110 workers. I understand your point is probably that a lot of companies are doing this to a lot of workers but you didn't actually state that point. In terms of unemployment stats 110 workers are unimportant. Also your right in this case it isn't Bush bashing, but it is propaganda. Propaganda however isn't always wrong either factually or morally.

So what would do you think Bush or congress should do about companies hiring overseas after laying off US workers?
