i wonder how much of that 'bridge reconstruction story' is absolute and how much is anecdotal... of course even if it were 100% true it wouldn't be too surprising

I didn't notice a Corporate name, where did Halliburton charges $50 MILLLLLLLLLION come from? Let's get the name and send the information to our congressmen.. to Dean kerry, etc. they can use it in their speeches if any substance to it... However, I doubt we can rely on a post without specifics to take it seriously. I read a lot more of the post and Iraq thinks there electric and refinery structures are in shape you got to be kidding me... This also makes me wonder what kind of repairs they were doing to the bridge...
