For example: how is the action there, do we make a chance to get back into the green fork, or will we stop at the median line, what about the Dollar vs. Euro rate, is the 10-YR note (price) to break or is it rebounding,....?

EW? Yup, that is a tool. Might give some clues in TA, might not.
