John Kerry - He voted for the war against Iraq. On being asked if he had problem supporting the President, he said “I have no question about the decision I made,” he said. “Even Hans Blix said they weren’t in compliance.” So he did not make his decision on those 16 words the President said. Nice to know. Update: And what did Bill Clinton say about Saddam in 1998 Hussein would “go right on and do more to rebuild an arsenal of devastating destruction. And some day, some way, I guarantee you, he’ll use the arsenal.”
