It took a while in the 80s and early 90s but I think our congress finally "got it" wrt the dumping that Japan used to do which destroyed our consumer electronics industry.

It isn't really a partisan issue so I expect them to move on this labor dumping situation.

My complaint about the Bush team here is actually similar to my primary complaints against Gray Davis!! I think Bush is denying that there is a jobs/labor dumping problem in order to deflect the issue until after the elections. Notice the Bush team always uses that tired "jobs are a lagging indicator" byline. He cannot run from the deficit though, or the jobs numbers. There's tons of hiring, its just in india!!!
