Well, that bill certainly would be a wash, at worst. Competition for business ensures it via lower prices, and many Americans of smaller and unaffected means could afford more, bringing them a potentially better life without Government interference. Others who are working hard would get less pay for overtime, but would remain an able lot who too would see lower prices.
