more bad news for Bush

Politicians take note: Americans fret more about the soaring cost of health insurance than being a victim of a terror attack, according to a poll released on Tuesday.

This suggests that part of the rise in health-care premiums can be linked to HMOs' expanding profit gains, experts said.

Wrong Lizzie.

Again. If per worker labor costs are lowered, the saved expenses drop to the bottom line and are taxed at a higher rate than individuals.

The 10% proportion contributed by corporations would grow if corporations maintain HQ in U.S. but move the majority of the workforce overseas.

So you see, the incentive is exactly opposite what you proffer. Corps want to moved HQ out of US to avoid corp excise taxes, yet keep the U.S. workforce.
