Trading Halt - Gold Reserve Inc - GLR.A Just a little PP of 3.3 million shares. It was expected as they will need some more cash to finish drilling Brisas where the recent report showed, additional inferred ounces which can be firmed up as total reserves and can increase the reserves to over 11 million ounces. They also would need some money for their JV with Bolivar on the Choco concessions even though there is still around $11 million US in the kitty. Interestingly the underwriters are Orion group who were involved in the recent round of fund raising for Bolivar Gold where GFI (GoldFields) took a significant position. The writing will be on the wall if GFI take any of Gold Reserve in this offering.
