I believe 57 billion of that is to pay for the troops the other 20 or so is to rebuild the structure...

It would be great if they were ready for elections sooner in Iraq and get the stucture up and running.. They need some of the big wind fall profits from international companies to invest in there.. Figure exxon made 6/7 billion in each of the last two quarters.. Halliburton must be making some great money over there.. Let's see some kind of contract where the money had to be put back into Iraq in a form of bond or something.
