She is dead wrong.

She doesn't know the difference between a tax rate and the proportion of the federal budget paid by corporations.

In all my years here, I have never seen Lizzie have a coherent discussion about taxes. Not only is her arithmetic always wrong, the she can't follow a trail of logical implications.

If I said to you that a company saves 100K by shipping a job offshore, do you think you'd be able to figure out what happens to that 100K savings?
