And this is an argument for what? Dems are more fiscally irresponsible than Reps?

What Democrats are more irresponsible about doing is obligating the Federal budget to pay for more and more entitlements.

50% of the Federal budget is now dedicated to paying for entitlements. Entitlements, by their nature, can not be cut or terminated.
