would be true if not for over 500 billion in federal spending in a government free-for-all over a 2 year period. Hard to combat that level of recklessness, its kind of like when your teenager steals your checkbook and spends a months salary at the mall in a 2 hour period.

Most mature adults grow out of this type of behavior, what does that say about Bush?
