in euro terms, rising S&P will look like a decline, is now
since I returned from France, I have held my euros
I was reimbursed by E700
so far, I have kept it in my dresser drawer
I figured it would rise in value fast
KRichebacher thought the Euro would bottom at 107-109 here
I mentioned hitting downtrend channel upper rail
I mentioned extension of Euro past 50MA toward 200MA
so I have held my Euros in my drawer
Euro is up to 112.2 now, up from 108.5
it aint leveraged, but 3% is 3%

a funny aside
I got a telemarketing call from Business Week the other day
I will not renew my subscription
the guy wanted to know why
I said because Madigan and Cooper economists are so mainstream that they are missing the big story, which is the imminent collapse of the US Economy
he wanted to know more
so I bent his ear on stories of excess debt, trade gaps, war in Iraq on credit card, federal deficit, trade sanctions, over-ballooned dollar ripe for fall
I figured I would go on and on until I killed his ears
I hate telemarketers
I patiently drove him nuts
he said finally "I have to go to the next call"
but I kept on for another 2-3 minutes
I kept talking right into his hanging up on me
then I laughed and laughed, followed by some urination
