The subject of the lie is irrelevant. The lie, under oath to a grand jury, is the issue. The most powerful man in the world abused his power to deprive a woman of her day in court-- and later settled out of court with her (after he did his damage... wonder why??)

Most corporate executives (who were the "targets"
of this law) were not utterly STUPID
like Clinton was.

They realized that the law was stacked against them,
and so they settled out-of-court rather than expose
themselves to embarrassing questions under oath.
The liberals (and the trial lawyers) loved it!
That is... until their own "hero" got caught
by his own law!

So, offhand, no I cannot come up with an example
of anyone who was so utterly STUPID as Clinton was.
