There was a terrorist training camp in the area protected from Saddam by the US and Britain deep in the no-fly zone, in a far corner of the country where Saddam had no influence. Those terrorists fled when the US invaded and then picked up support in Iran and are now playing a lead role organizing for an Iraqi Islamic state while using the tools of the trade -- the tools of terror. None of this was possible when Saddam was running Iraq -- add this group to the many terrorists that George Bush as helped by invading Iraq.
