You just want to twist the truth:

(1) Spending exceeded income BECAUSE of the TAX CUTS.
Without the tax cuts we would not have the deficit.

(2) Since your money was paid from "borrowed funds"
your money will need to be paid back, in the future,
in the form of higher taxes.
