They're recruiting in Tijuana, which since you apparently don't know is in Mexico - those are NOT green card holders. From the article: A recruiter in San Diego told an Army radio show: "It's more or less common practice that some recruiters go to Tijuana to distribute pamphlets, or in some cases they look for someone to help distribute the information on the Mexican side."

It doesn't say these folks have a green card, it says "after they receive their green card" the citizenship process will happen lightning fast rather than in five years. "Recruitment efforts have also extended to non-citizens,(who could very well be illegals) who have been told by the Bush administration that they can apply for citizenship the day they join up, rather than waiting the standard five years after receiving their green card.

I wasn't the one making a case. I posted the article and then YOU made a case of it. So please learn to read before calling me names.
